Thanks for the lessons... by Issarezal Ismail

HOM Art Trans is presenting a solo exhibition by Issarezal Ismail titled "Thanks for the lessons you have taught me" until the 5th of August.

The artist reflects upon the lessons he has learned and acknowledges years of guidance from those who have influenced and supported the development of his artistic career. Included are vignettes about art and life as an artist, the generation of artistic ideas, artist survival, social relationships with art, strategies and planning for careers in the arts, and the relationship between artists and their families.

The small to mid-sized paintings are produced using acrylic on corrugated board mounted on paper casting frames with acrylic boxes.
